LAR V (OXYGEN) Charging Cart System

The  TINOSA,  Inc.  LAR  V  (Oxygen)  Charging  Cart  is  a  (20) position,  3000  psi  Charging  Cart constructed  of  light  weight,  high  strength  aluminum.  The  Cart  is  provided  with  casters  for ease of  movement.  The  Charging  Manifold  is  constructed  of  all  welded  304L  Stainless  Steel Pipe  and  Fittings.  The  Charging  Cart  also  provides  storage  for  up  to  (55)  LAR  V  Cylinders  below the  Charging  Manifold.

• (20)  Position  Aluminum  Charging  Cart  with  Casters 
• All Welded 304L  Stainless  Steel  Charging  Manifold  with  inlet  Quick  Disconnect  Fitting and  Shut  Off  Valve,  Calibrated  Manifold  Pressure  Gauge  and  Manifold  Bleed  Valve 
• (20) 24”  x  ¼”  Stainless  Steel  Braid  Hoses  with  Safety  Wire  /  Strain  Relief, Hydrostatically  (Proof)  Tested  to  6000  psig 
• (20) CGA 540  Charging  Fittings  with  Dust  Caps  and  Lanyards 
• (55) Position  LAR  V  Cylinder  Storage  Bin 
• Aluminum Tool Bin ((1)  end  of  Cart) 
• All Components  Cleaned  IAW MIL STD 1330  (Oxygen) 
• All Components  Hydrostatically  Tested 
• Entire System  Drop  Tested  at  3000  psig  for  (24)  Hours 
• Objective  Quality  Evidence  (OQE)  for  all  Cleaning,  Calibration  and  Testing
